Customer Support & Booking Help
If you made a hotel reservation through Hotelfollower, your booking confirmation and payment details are handled securely by one of our trusted partners, such as Booking.com, Expedia, or Hotels.com via our affiliate technology partner Stay22.
To view or modify your booking:
1️⃣ Open the confirmation email you received after completing your booking.
2️⃣ Click the “Manage My Booking” or “View Reservation” link provided by the booking partner (e.g. Booking.com, Expedia).
👉 Please note: Hotelfollower and Stay22 do not process or store any personal booking information.
All reservations and transactions take place securely on the external booking provider’s website.
How Your Booking Works
When you select a hotel on Hotelfollower, you are redirected via Stay22 to major booking platforms such as Booking.com, Expedia, or Hotels.com.
These platforms handle your reservation, payment, and customer support.
Hotelfollower and Stay22 act only as intermediaries, they do not have access to your booking data and cannot make changes or cancellations.

1. I can’t find my booking confirmation — what should I do?
Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for the confirmation sent by the booking platform.
If you still can’t find it, contact that provider’s support team.
2. Can Hotelfollower change or cancel my booking?
No, Hotelfollower and Stay22 cannot modify reservations.
Please contact the booking platform directly for any updates.
3. Will I be charged extra by booking through Hotelfollower?
No, never. The price you pay is the same as booking directly on the partner’s site.
Our small affiliate commission comes from the partner, not from you.
4. Is my data safe?
Yes. All transactions occur securely on trusted third-party platforms such as Booking.com or Expedia.
Hotelfollower and Stay22 do not collect or store your personal information.
